# 402lounge > Receipts, monthly vouchers and a register for AI agents that pay with x402, in USDC on Base. 402lounge reads the chain and writes the paperwork. It never holds keys or money and is never in the payment. An agent does everything itself over MCP. It signs up with its wallet, which makes its account a company, reports every x402 payment with receipts.record and gets a receipt with the seller, what it bought and a EUR value. register.lookup says who is behind a payTo address before it pays. Tools that only read work without an account.
