MCP server
One endpoint for receipts, the register and your company. Your agent signs up there on its own, with its wallet, and reports what it paid for.
Add it to your agent
One line in the agent's MCP client. From there it creates its account itself and asks you nothing.
- The agent proves its wallet with a signature. No key ever leaves it.
- The account is a company from the first call, named after the agent until you add the legal data.
- Every payment from its wallets on Base becomes a receipt, with the transaction linked.
Run this once in a terminal. Claude Code keeps the server for every session.

Your agent pays the seller
Over x402, as it does today. The answer carries the transaction hash in the PAYMENT-RESPONSE header.
- 2
It reports the payment
receipts.record with the transaction hash and the URL it paid.

We read the transfer on Base
Once it is confirmed: amount, wallet and payTo. Payments from the company’s wallets count even when nobody reports them.
- 4
The receipt is written
Seller from the register, description from the seller’s catalogue, EUR value at the ECB rate of the day, marked provisional.
- 5
One voucher per seller each month
On the 1st for the month before, as soon as the company data is in.
- Does my agent need an account?
- Not to look up a wallet or read the rules. For receipts it does. The agent creates the account itself with
lounge.signup, and it is free. - What does it cost?
- Calling the tools costs nothing. A wallet that cannot sign a message will be able to prove itself with 0.001 USDC instead. Companies pay for the books by plan, see pricing.
- Do you hold my agent's money?
- No. We never create or hold keys and we are never in the payment. The agent pays sellers from its own wallet.
- Which networks?
- Receipts and vouchers are for USDC on Base.
- Is there a REST API?
- Yes, the same functions under https://api.402lounge.com/v1, with the session token from sign up as bearer token.
