Seeing every payment is free. Booking them is what you pay for.
Free shows every payment and a plain monthly overview per seller. Books makes it bookable: the tax case per seller, the reverse-charge lines, the export your accountant imports, and every receipt and document kept as long as you have the plan.
- Does Books get me input VAT back?
- Input VAT follows tax law, not our plan. For sellers outside Germany the reverse-charge rule applies and needs no invoice from the seller. For sellers in Germany it needs the seller’s invoice, which a level 3 seller issues through us. Books gives your tax adviser the documents and booking lines for both. This is not tax advice.
- Why is there a limit on transactions?
- Every payment is a receipt we write, check and keep. The limits keep the price flat for normal use. Very large volumes belong in the plan for large companies.
- How do you convert USDC to EUR?
- With the ECB reference rate of the payment day, marked provisional on every document until your tax adviser confirms the method. Other methods come as options.
- Do you need access to our wallets or keys?
- No. Your agents prove their wallets with a signature once. We only read the chain.
- We do not need Books. Can we still keep our records with you?
- Yes, with the archive for €5 a month or €50 a year. Your receipts, monthly overviews and invoices stay as long as you book it, and the company stays on Free. Without it, the records of a year go on 31 January of the next year, after two notices. You can download everything at any time.
Prices per company, including VAT, paid in advance. A year costs ten months. Changes show up in the changelog before they apply.
