The export and switching providers

Everything 402lounge keeps for your company in one ZIP, file by file, with its formats. How to get it, and how a move to another provider works.

Your company's books belong to your company. The export is the whole of what 402lounge keeps for it, in open formats, and it is ready at any time. This page is the register of its files and formats that the EU Data Act asks providers to keep (Art. 26 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854). How a switch to another provider works is in section 13 of the terms.

The export costs nothing, has no limit on how often you take it, and needs no notice. A company that is closing can still read and export until the closing takes effect. Only writing stops.

A cancellation names the document it cancels and the reason. A supplement names the first document of the same seller and month. Invoices and credit notes in a seller's name follow the same shape with the seller's and the buyer's data as the invoicing rules of their state require.

Limits

  • The export holds up to 100,000 receipts. Above that README.txt says so, and hello@402lounge.com sends the rest.
  • A month that is locked because it is over the transaction limit of the plan has no month export in exports/ until a plan covers it. Its receipts and documents are in the export all the same.
  • Documents in a seller's name that the seller keeps after your copies were deleted are no longer yours to export.

Leaving 402lounge

End the contract at any time, in the dashboard or by email. The export then stays open for at least 30 days. If you switch, the switch counts as complete and the contract as ended once you have downloaded your export. If you do not switch, the contract ends after these 30 days and your account data is deleted, and your receipts and documents on the dates in section 12 of the terms. Nothing of this costs anything.
